Cancellations for Items (Non Golf Cart Rental) 

For item orders you can cancel anytime, up to 24 hours before the delivery date and you will receive a full refund.

If your order has already started and you would like to return/cancel the order we will pick up the items, and issue a prorated refund for the remaining days.

Cancellations for Golf Carts

For Golf Cart orders you can cancel anytime, up to 24 hours before delivery date and you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your golf cart on delivery day, we will keep a full days rent and refund the rest to the card used when the reservation was made. If you were scheduled to pick up the golf cart at our office and you decide to cancel, you can get a full refund anytime.

If you cancel a golf cart mid rental we will pick up the cart, and issue a prorated refund for the remaining days.

Please note all refunds will be issued to the card on file, unless otherwise requested.

We do not accept cancellations due to change of weather, inclement weather or preference once your rental has already begun. Orders must be cancelled with at least 24 hour notice before rental is set to begin.

Refunds will not typically be issued for complaints AFTER the rental ends, any issues or complaints during your rental please contact our office at 941-462-2719 and we will do our best to meet your needs.
